Search for your username in the Username List, click the "View" button. Click the "Report" button and select report type "This is my username and I want it removed". Follow the instructions and your username will be available within 24 hours.
If you created the account where the username is added, Login and click the "Delete" button.
If you’ve lost access to the account where your username is located, Search for your username in the Username List, click the "View" button. Click the "Report" button and select report type "This is my username and I want it removed". Follow the instructions and your username will be available within 24 hours.

Navigate to your Account Settings page, Click the big red "DELETE ACCOUNT" button at the bottom of the list.
THIS IS IMPORTANT: A box will popup, it will remind you that deleting your account will permanently remove all your content, top-ups and promotions within the account. If you have applied a key and not utilized the top-ups, it will still delete them.
Once you understand and wish to proceed, click the "OK, DELETE IT" button and your account will be permanently removed.

How to resolve issues you may encounter after purchasing.

In short, account hopping is creating multiple accounts and moving your username through them to get more free top-ups than we allow. There are protections in place to catch users in this act and it will result in your username being temporarily restricted from utilizing free top-ups.
To instantly remove this restriction, simply make a purchase in the Shop of any product and you'll be able to claim free top-ups and use them again. If you have made a purchase but your username is still top-up blocked, you may Contact Us and we'll manually review.
If you see a red warning sign by your username it means the content you added to your description may be in violation of our terms of services. We advise you correct the issue and on your next top-up, if you have addressed it, it will go away and your username will top-up as normal.
