Purchase Terms of Agreement.

The purchase of digital products (“keys”) is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.

We reserve the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Payment and Refund Policy.

We do not provide refunds under any circumstance. As the products we offer are digital and automatically delivered electronically to the consumer after purchase, all sales are final.

In unique circumstances we may offer the opportunity to exchange the value of a purchase for a different item that is equal to or lesser value than the desired exchange with no proration of refund or store credit if there is an overage paid by the consumer.

Once keys are redeemed, the product is considered utilized and the consumer no longer has the option to request an exchange.

Disqualification of Exchange.

The following reasons disqualify the ability to exchange:

  • Violators of our general terms of service and site rules.
  • If the key is redeemed into an account.
  • You change your mind about the purchase.
  • You bought the key by mistake.
  • Compatibility issues.

Usability and Compatibility.

There is sufficient information available to the consumer before purchase in the shop and in the help documentation that clearly explains the compatibility of products with consumers' unique state of affairs.

Upgrades granted from specific keys may not apply to specific individuals such as but not limited to purchase method and conditions, location, status, past behavior and more.

It’s the consumer's responsibility to identify what they do and do not qualify for before purchase.

Delivery of Goods and Services.

Keys purchased from our shop are automatically emailed within 5 minutes after purchase. If you do not receive the key upon purchasing, you can immediately contact us through the appropriate channels in our help section with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is resent as soon as possible.
